Descrizione:
Ossido di cerio, con la formula chimica CeO2 e numero CAS 1306-38-3, è una polvere bianca e inodore che è insolubile in acqua. È un ossido di metallo raro, derivato principalmente dal cerio, che è il più abbondante degli elementi delle terre rare. Ossido di cerio presenta proprietà uniche, tra cui alta stabilità termica e ottima attività catalitica, rendendolo prezioso in diverse applicazioni.
