CAS:Prodotto controllato2-Tri-n-butylstannyl)oxazole is a synthetic heterocyclic compound that has been shown to be active against Aspergillus, Candida and Cryptococcus. The pharmacokinetic properties of 2-tri-n-butylstannyl)oxazole in mice have been studied by administering the drug intravenously, intraperitoneally, or orally. 2-tri-n-butylstannyl)oxazole is metabolized in the liver by cytochrome P450 to form dihydroisoquinolines with a half life of 3 hours. This drug also has photophysical and hybridization properties that make it a suitable candidate for use as a fluorescent probe for DNA analysis.
