Trfs-green

Trfs-green is a peptide that is used in research and as an inhibitor of protein interactions. Trfs-green binds to the Ligand binding domain of receptor tyrosine kinases and inhibits their activity. It has been shown to inhibit the activation of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR). It also blocks the activation of ion channels that are involved in pain transmission. Trfs-green can also be used as an antibody, which can be used for ELISA or Western blotting experiments.
