Enfuvirtide, noto anche con il suo codice di sviluppo T-20, è un peptide sintetico che funge da farmaco antiretrovirale utilizzato principalmente nel trattamento dell'infezione da HIV. È classificato come inibitore della fusione, il che significa che impedisce al virus di entrare nelle cellule umane interferendo con la fusione delle membrane virale e cellulare.
