Descrizione:
Cangrelor è un inibitore reversibile delle piastrine P2Y12 utilizzato principalmente nella gestione degli sindromi coronarici acuti e durante le interventi coronariche percutanee. È caratterizzato da un rapido inizio e cessazione dell'azione, rendendolo particolarmente utile in situazioni in cui sono richiesti effetti antipiastrinici immediati.
