Posaconazolo è un agente antifungino triazolico utilizzato principalmente per la prevenzione e il trattamento delle infezioni fungine, in particolare nei pazienti immunocompromessi. Mostra un ampio spettro di attività contro vari funghi, comprese le specie di Candida e Aspergillus.
