2'-TFA-NH-dA is a monophosphate nucleotide. It is a novel and modified ribonucleoside that can be used as an activator to promote the synthesis of diphosphate, deoxyribonucleosides, and phosphoramidites. 2'-TFA-NH-dA has been shown to have anticancer properties in vitro and antiviral properties in vivo. This compound is synthesized from 2'-deoxyadenosine 5'-phosphate (2'-DAP), which is obtained from the amino acid ATP.
