This results in the loss of cell shape, nuclear fragmentation, and cell death. PVHD121 has been shown to be more potent than colchicine at high concentrations in the treatment of cancer cells. It also inhibits the proliferation of HCT116 cells and induces chromosome segregation in human lung cancer cells.
