Descrizione:
Acido 3-(3',5'-di-terz-butil-4'-idrossifenil)propionico, comunemente noto come un antiossidante fenolico, è caratterizzato dalla sua struttura che include un gruppo acido propionico legato a un gruppo idrossifenil, che è ulteriormente sostituito da due gruppi tert-butilo. Questo composto è noto per la sua efficacia nel prevenire la degradazione ossidativa in vari materiali, in particolare in polimeri e plastiche.
