QPX7728 has shown potent inhibitory activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter cloacae (E. coli) isolates, with a MIC value of 0.5 µg/mL. This drug has been shown to have a clinical use for treatment of infectious diseases caused by these bacteria.
