Applications O-di-TMS 2-Arachidonyl Glycerol-d5 is an intermediate used in the synthesis of 2-Arachidonyl Glycerol-d5 (A765052), which is a labelled 2-Arachidonoylglycerol (A765050). It is a major endocannabinoid, which can inhibit synaptic transmission by presynaptic cannabinoid CB1 receptors. It plays an inhibitory role in the bombesin-induced activation of central adrenomedullary outflow in rats.
