Poli(I:C), o acido poliinosinico-policitidico, è una molecola di RNA a doppia catena sintetica che funge da potente immunostimolante. È principalmente riconosciuto per il suo ruolo nel mimare le infezioni virali, attivando così la risposta immunitaria, in particolare attraverso la stimolazione dei recettori tipo Toll (TLRs), specificamente TLR3.
