Descrizione:
Clorambucile è un agente alquilante sintetico utilizzato principalmente in chemioterapia per il trattamento di alcuni tipi di cancro, in particolare leucemia linfocitica cronica e linfoma. Appartiene alla classe delle mostarde azotate e funziona interferendo con la replicazione del DNA, portando infine alla morte cellulare.
