Cloridrato di tramadolo è un analgesico oppioide sintetico utilizzato principalmente per trattare il dolore moderato a moderatamente grave. Funziona legandosi ai recettori mu-opioidi nel cervello, inibendo il riassorbimento di neurotrasmettitori come serotonina e norepinefrina, il che contribuisce ai suoi effetti analgesici.
