MENTE, o MENTEhol, è un alcol monoterpenico ciclico con il numero CAS 3764-87-2. È principalmente derivato dall'olio di menta ed è noto per il suo caratteristico aroma e sapore di menta. MENTEhol esiste in diverse forme stereoisomeriche, con la più comune che è il (-)-MENTEhol, responsabile della sua sensazione di freschezza quando applicato sulla pelle o sulle mucose.     Trestolone is a synthetic, non-steroidal hormone with potent androgenic effects. It has been studied in clinical trials for the treatment of bowel disease, but its use is limited by toxicity studies that show that trestolone can cause liver damage. Trestolone has been shown to inhibit the terminal half-life of other drugs, such as cyclosporin A and prednisolone. Trestolone also has an inhibitory effect on growth factor activity in vitro. This drug is a substrate for side-chain cleavage enzyme (side-chain cleavage cytochrome P450) and can undergo oxidative metabolism to produce metabolites with similar activity. Trestolone binds to dna duplexes and inhibits the synthesis of DNA. In addition, this drug has been found to have anti-inflammatory properties in animal models of inflammatory diseases such as cancer and autoimmune diseases.
