Tenofovir alafenamide (TAF) è un farmaco antiretrovirale utilizzato principalmente nel trattamento delle infezioni da HIV e dell'epatite B cronica. È un profarmaco del tenofovir, il che significa che viene metabolizzato nel corpo nella sua forma attiva.
