(±)-Cloridrato di isoproterenolo è una catecolamina sintetica e un agonista beta-adrenergico non selettivo, utilizzato principalmente in contesti medici per i suoi effetti broncodilatatori. È una polvere cristallina bianca o bianco sporco che è solubile in acqua e alcol, rendendola adatta per somministrazione endovenosa o per inalazione.
