Triptorelina è un peptide sintetico e un analogo dell'ormone di rilascio delle gonadotropine (GnRH), utilizzato principalmente nel trattamento di condizioni sensibili agli ormoni come il cancro alla prostata, l'endometriosi e la pubertà precoce.
