O-Metil-L-tirosina, noto anche come 3-metossi-L-tirosina, è un derivato aminoacidico caratterizzato dalla presenza di un gruppo metossile (-OCH3) attaccato all'anello aromatico della struttura della tirosina. Questa modifica ne migliora la solubilità e altera le sue proprietà biochimiche rispetto alla L-tirosina standard.
