1,2-Dipalmitoil-sn-glicero-3-fosfocolina (DPPC) è un fosfolipide comunemente usato in biochimica e biofisica, in particolare in studi che coinvolgono membrane cellulari e liposomi. È caratterizzato dalle sue due catene di acido palmitico, che sono acidi grassi saturi, contribuendo alla sua stabilità strutturale e rigidità a temperature fisiologiche.
