Polimetilidrosilossano (PMHS), con numero CAS 63148-57-2, è un polimero a base di silicone caratterizzato dalla sua struttura unica, che include gruppi metilici e idruro attaccati ad atomi di silicio. Questo composto è noto per la sua versatilità ed è comunemente utilizzato come fluido o resina siliconica. PMHS presenta un'eccellente stabilità termica, resistenza chimica e bassa tensione superficiale, rendendolo adatto a varie applicazioni, tra cui sigillanti, adesivi e rivestimenti.
