Polisilossani, di-Me, Me idrogeno, comunemente noto come dimetilidrogensilossano, è un tipo di polimero di silicone caratterizzato dalla sua unica struttura di silossano, che consiste in atomi di silicio e ossigeno alternati. Questo composto presenta tipicamente gruppi dimetilici (–Si(CH3)2) e atomi di idrogeno legati al silicio, contribuendo alla sua versatilità in varie applicazioni. La presenza di idrogeno nella struttura consente reazioni di reticolazione, rendendolo utile nella formulazione di elastomeri in silicone e sigillanti. I polisilossani mostrano un'eccellente stabilità termica, resistenza chimica e bassa tensione superficiale, il che migliora le loro prestazioni in rivestimenti, adesivi e prodotti per la cura personale. Inoltre, sono noti per la loro bassa tossicità e biocompatibilità, rendendoli adatti per applicazioni mediche.
