Dietilstilbestrolo (DES) è un estrogeno sintetico non steroideo che è stato sintetizzato per la prima volta alla fine degli anni '30. È caratterizzato dalla sua struttura chimica, che consiste in due gruppi etilici attaccati a uno scheletro di stilbene, rendendolo un membro della famiglia degli stilbestroli.
