This drug binds to the ATP site and competitively inhibits the binding of ATP, which results in the inhibition of the catalytic activity of this enzyme. 4-[4-(Ethoxycarbonyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]benzoic acid has been shown to inhibit ion channels, such as nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, as well as other protein interactions like receptor interaction.</p>
