CAS:4-Keto 13-cis-retinoic acid is a synthetic retinoid that was first synthesized in the 1970s. It is used for the treatment of ichthyosiform erythroderma and other skin diseases. 4-Keto 13-cis-retinoic acid binds to the retinoic acid receptor, which may be responsible for its effects on epidermal growth factor and cytosolic calcium. Treatment with 4-keto 13-cis-retinoic acid has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of hl-60 cells and squamous carcinoma cells in vitro, as well as reduce tumor size and metastasis in vivo. >>ENDFormula:C20H26O3Purezza:Min. 95%Colore e forma:PowderPeso molecolare:314.42 g/mol4-Keto 13-cis-Retinoic Acid-d6
