N-Fmoc-L-isoleucina è un derivato dell'aminoacido isoleucina, caratterizzato dalla presenza di un gruppo protettivo 9-fluorenilmetossicarbonile (Fmoc) sul terminus amminico. Questo composto è comunemente utilizzato nella sintesi di peptidi come blocco di costruzione grazie alla sua stabilità e facilità di rimozione del gruppo Fmoc in condizioni basiche lievi. N-Fmoc-L-isoleucina conserva le proprietà essenziali dell'isoleucina, inclusa la sua natura idrofobica e la capacità di partecipare a varie interazioni all'interno delle catene peptidiche.
