N-Fmoc-L-isoleucina è un derivato dell'aminoacido isoleucina, caratterizzato dalla presenza di un gruppo protettivo 9-fluorenilmetossicarbonile (Fmoc) sul terminus amminico. Questo composto è comunemente utilizzato nella sintesi di peptidi come blocco di costruzione grazie alla sua stabilità e facilità di rimozione del gruppo Fmoc in condizioni basiche lievi.
