Fmoc-Lys(Boc)-OH, noto anche come Fmoc-Lisina(Boc)-OH, è un amminoacido protetto comunemente usato nella sintesi di peptidi. Presenta un residuo di lisina con due gruppi protettivi: il gruppo Fmoc (9-fluorenilmetossicarbonile), che viene utilizzato per proteggere il gruppo amminico, e il gruppo Boc (tert-butilossicarbonile), che protegge il gruppo amminico della catena laterale della lisina. Questo composto è tipicamente un solido bianco a bianco sporco ed è solubile in solventi organici come la dimetilformammide (DMF) e il dimetilsolfossido (DMSO), ma meno solubile in acqua.
