Terebic Acid

Terebic acid is a naturally occurring fatty acid with the chemical formula CH(CH)10CO2H. It is found in turpentine, pine resin, and in the human body as a result of oxidation of α-pinene. Terebic acid has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and may be useful for treating inflammatory diseases such as arthritis.
