Claritromicina è un antibiotico macrolide semisintetico derivato dall'eritromicina, utilizzato principalmente per trattare varie infezioni batteriche, comprese le infezioni delle vie respiratorie, le infezioni della pelle e alcuni tipi di ulcere gastriche causate da Helicobacter pylori.
