Descrizione:
Itraconazolo è un agente antifungino triazolico utilizzato principalmente per trattare varie infezioni fungine, comprese quelle causate da dermatofiti, lieviti e alcuni muffe. Funziona inibendo la sintesi dell'ergosterolo, un componente essenziale delle membrane cellulari fungine, interrompendo così la loro integrità e funzione. Itraconazolo è caratterizzato dalla sua relativamente bassa solubilità in acqua, ma è più solubile in solventi organici, il che influisce sulla sua biodisponibilità.
