Descrizione:Chlorfenson is a drug that acts as a selective estrogen receptor modulator. It is an estradiol benzoate salt of chlorfenvinphos, a sulfonated phenyl organophosphate insecticide. This drug has been shown to have anti-estrogenic effects at physiological levels and has been shown to be toxic in experimental models. Chlorfenson binds to the estrogen receptor, which alters the expression of protein kinase C and other cell signaling pathways. The optimum concentration for this drug is unknown.
