Descrizione:Fast Garnet GBC sulfate salt is a chromogenic substrate for the enzyme alkaline phosphatase. It is used to measure the activity of this enzyme in plant tissue. Fast Garnet GBC sulfate salt contains sephadex g-100, which binds to signal peptide in protein synthesis. The untreated control cells show properties that are characteristic of their genus and species. The biochemical properties of Fast Garnet GBC sulfate salt have been shown to be similar to those of carbaryl, an insecticide that has a high toxicity level against some parasites and microorganisms such as coliform bacteria. Fast Garnet GBC sulfate salt is also used in assays for measuring detoxification enzymes in E coli K-12.
