Pimethixene-d3 is a potent anticancer drug that inhibits the transcriptional regulation of genes that are involved in cell proliferation and growth. It also has potent anti-inflammatory effects, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the activity of prostaglandin receptors. Pimethixene-d3 has been shown to be effective for the treatment of urothelial carcinoma, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, bowel disease, and chronic viral hepatitis. It is an inhibitor of autophagy and protein synthesis. Pimethixene-d3 is a pharmaceutical drug with a long half-life and can be used orally or topically.
