Descrizione:Dioctanoylglycerol (DAG) is a nonpolar organic solvent that is used in the food industry as an emulsifier and stabilizer. DAG has been shown to have growth-promoting properties. DAG has been shown to inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, which is an enzyme involved in melanin production.
