Descrizione:
Dimethyl octadecanedioate is a dibasic ester with a reaction product. It is an ester that contains 16 carbons and two ester linkages and is derived from fatty acids. Dimethyl octadecanedioate can be produced by reacting methyl oleate with chlorine and then heating the product to produce ether linkages.
