Descrizione:Quinoline 1-oxide is a compound that has been shown to have carcinogenic and mutagenic activity. It has been shown to increase the proliferation rate of sublines in culture, with no detectable cytotoxicity. Quinoline 1-oxide has also been shown to inhibit DNA synthesis in K562 cells through the inhibition of both DNA polymerase and topoisomerase II.
