Descrizione:Phenyl formate is an organic compound that is used as a solvent in the treatment of wastewater and as a chemical intermediate. Phenyl formate has been shown to be effective against various microbes, such as infectious diseases, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and diabetic patients. It also has been shown to have immunosuppressive properties. The conformational properties of phenyl formate are similar to those of the natural human hormone (phenylethylamine), which can bind with receptors for this hormone. This binding produces a variety of effects, including the reduction of bowel disease symptoms and the alleviation of inflammatory bowel disease symptoms. The phenyl group can be converted into one or more hydroxyl groups by reaction with hydroxide, methyl ethyl ethers, or halides.
