Descrizione

Betamethasone is a potent anti-inflammatory agent that belongs to the group of corticosteroids. It is used in the treatment of a number of inflammatory diseases, such as allergic states, dermatologic disorders and gastrointestinal disorders. This drug binds to glucocorticoid receptors inhibiting inflammatory signals whilst promoting anti-inflammatory signals.
