Bisdemethoxycurcumin is a natural product that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells by inducing apoptosis. Bisdemethoxycurcumin also inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines in human monocytes, which may be beneficial for bowel disease.
