DBPR112 is an analog that belongs to the group of kinase inhibitors. It has been shown to inhibit various kinases, which are enzymes involved in cellular signaling pathways that regulate cell growth and division. DBPR112 has demonstrated anticancer activity in vitro against a range of cancer cells, including Chinese hamster ovary cells, human breast cancer cells, and tumor xenografts.
