Informazioni sul prodotto
- Benzyl dithiobenzoate
Benzyl benzodithioate (BBD) is a molecule that is used as a cross-linking agent in the polymerization of polymers. It binds to the enzyme and inhibits its activity. This drug can be used to prepare a polymer drug conjugate that is sensitive to enzymes, such as phosphatases and proteases. The optical properties of this drug are very sensitive to pH changes, which allow it to be used as an analytical tool for measuring the concentration of polymer drugs. BBD has been shown to have anti-cancer effects in mice with lung cancer, inhibiting cell growth and inducing apoptosis.
