Descrizione:JWH-182 is a synthetic cannabinoid that belongs to the class of cannabinoids. It is chemically similar to Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the main psychoactive component in marijuana. JWH-182 has been shown to have potent locomotor activity, and induces long-term toxicity in mice. It also produces genotoxic effects in primary cells and increases blood pressure when administered to humans. JWH-182 has been shown to have an affinity for human serum albumin, which may be due to its ability to bind with the fatty acids found on the surface of lipoproteins. JWH-182 binds with these lipids, thereby increasing its solubility in human serum and decreasing its bioavailability.
