Descrizione:JWH-302 is a synthetic cannabinoid that has been shown to have binding affinity for the CB2 receptor. It is used in cell culture to study the effects of cannabinoids on receptors and has been shown to be active in urine samples from patients with symptoms of chronic pain, cachexia, or fibromyalgia. JWH-302 was also found to have linear regression analysis and human liver activity. Its effect on fatty acid metabolism may be due to its ability to inhibit mitochondrial beta-oxidation and increase fatty acid synthesis. JWH-302 also binds with high affinity to the CB1 receptor, but it is not active at this site. This drug has been shown to cause a matrix effect that can be eliminated by increasing the concentration of dioxane in the sample preparation buffer.
