Informazioni sul prodotto
Syk inhibitor II is a specific agonist of Syk, a protein tyrosine kinase. It is a novel drug developed for the treatment of lymphocytic leukemia and other cancers. Syk Inhibitor II binds to the microenvironment and inhibits the growth factor signal in cancer cells. This drug also decreases the production of pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 in lymphocytes, which leads to apoptosis by preventing NF-κB activation. The Syk inhibitor II has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of hematopoietic cells by inducing cellular oxidative stress and irreversible oxidation in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cell lines.
