Descrizione:Suprafenacine is a cytoskeletal inhibitor that blocks the formation of microtubules and actin filaments, which are structural components of the cytoskeleton. Suprafenacine has been shown to have chemoresistance-enhancing effects in vitro, which may be due to its ability to inhibit mitochondrial membrane potential or inhibit cellular apoptosis. Suprafenacine has also been shown to inhibit the activity of the multidrug transporter protein (P-glycoprotein) and inhibit drug efflux from cells. Suprafenacine is currently being investigated as an anti-cancer compound in clinical development.
