Descrizione:AMG 009 is a 2-adrenergic receptor agonist that acts on the alpha and beta subtypes. AMG 009 has been shown to have dose-dependent effects in humans with an allergic reaction. It also has been shown to have a lubricity effect, which may be due to its ability to modify the molecule's surface properties by interacting with the solid dispersions of sodium carbonate. This drug is also an adrenergic receptor agonist, which affects the release of norepinephrine and epinephrine from nerve endings. AMG 009 has been shown to increase blood pressure and heart rate in rats through activation of alpha receptors, but it does not affect blood pressure or heart rate when tested in humans. This drug also has pharmacokinetic properties that are dependent on pH levels.
