Hexaethylene glycol monododecyl ether is a surfactant that is used in the treatment of infectious diseases. It has been shown to reduce the viscosity and surface tension of aqueous solutions, making it useful as an emulsifying agent in the treatment of infectious diseases. Hexaethylene glycol monododecyl ether is also used to produce micelles and has been tested against a model system. This surfactant has chemical stability and does not react with sodium salts or benzalkonium chloride.
