Informazioni sul prodotto
N-Hydroxysuccinimidyl-4-azidobenzoate is a chemical compound that is used in the synthesis of hydrazides. It reacts with metal hydroxides to form active esters, which are useful in organic chemistry as coupling reagents or stoichiometric oxidants. N-Hydroxysuccinimidyl-4-azidobenzoate has been shown to be effective against autoimmune diseases and leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) production by cells. This compound binds to the surface glycoprotein on fibroblasts and inhibits their biochemical properties, such as differentiation and proliferation. N-Hydroxysuccinimidyl-4-azidobenzoate has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties by blocking the production of inflammatory cytokines, such as colony stimulating factor (CSF).
