Descrizione:Nagaba is a pharmaceutical preparation that may be used to treat allergic reactions, especially those caused by fat cells. It has been shown to reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in mice, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the activity of DSP-4. Nagaba also reduces blood pressure in mice by blocking the conversion of fatty acids into amides. This drug is a conjugate of nagacin, a synthetic compound, with a molecule of cellulose acetate. The synthesis pathway starts with the reaction between dsp-4 and nagacin, followed by a series of chemical reactions that result in the formation of an amide bond between nagacin and cellulose acetate. Nagaba is soluble in water and has a molecular weight close to 500 daltons.
