Informazioni sul prodotto
Dofequidar fumarate is a prodrug that is converted to dofequidar in vivo. It has been shown to have antitumor activity against mouse tumors and may be useful as an antineoplastic agent. Dofequidar fumarate binds to the cellular protein P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and inhibits its function, leading to increased concentrations of dofequidar in the blood. This drug also has anticancer effects on k562 cells and natural compounds such as endoxifen, which can inhibit the growth of cancer cells by blocking estrogen synthesis.
